VIBRATION DENSITY METER
The vibration density meter PV-V-75-103-01 is intended to measure the fluid density, temperature (optionally), and pressure (optionally) and to calculate the fluid flow and amount using external primary frequency-output flow transducers (REM-2(3)).
The density meter is an electronic product and used in automatic process monitoring, regulation, and control systems.
The fluid fills two tubes, which execute forced oscillations relative to each other in the resonant mode with an amplitude less than 0.5 mm.
The resonance frequency depends on the weight of fluid-filled tubes.
The density meter ensures a fluid density measuring range of 800 to 2,400 kg/m3.
Limits of the allowable absolute density measuring error do not exceed ±10 kg/m3.
The density meter ensures a fluid pressure measuring range of 0 to 40 MPa (optionally to 70 MPa).
Limits of the allowable relative reduced error of pressure measuring do not exceed ±1% (for the density meter version with a pressure sensor).
The density meter ensures a fluid temperature measuring range of minus 40 °С to plus 80 °C without freezing of the measured medium in the interior of the sensor's measuring tubes.
Limits of the allowable absolute temperature measuring error do not exceed ±0.5 °C.
